Piraeus Bank is announcing the drop in the mortgage loans interest rates. More specifically, the fixed term interest rates are as follows: from 5.75% to 5.5% (fixed for 3 years), from 6.2% to 5.8% (fixed for 5 years). The one-year fixed rate remains at 3.6%.
At the same time, the mortgage loan floating rate will remain at 5.5%, which is the most competitive rate among all major Greek banks.
All mortgage loan customers are reminded that, Piraeus Bank also pre-qualifies an Open-End Personal Loan, consumer loan and credit card, free of subscription fee throughout the loan term and at preferential pricing. The aim is to facilitate the customer during the initial establishment in their new home, when high expenses are incurred by default.
The new interest rates will take effect on Friday 16 May.
